The Perfect Steak 6pm-9pm

Enjoy light bites prepared by our Chef on your arrival.
Chef will demonstrate the secret to cooking a variety of cuts including Sirloin, Rumpheart and Fillet.
Then prepare your very own salt aged rib-eye steak provided by Peter Hannon’s meat merchant. Serve your perfect steak with hand cooked chunky chips.
Watch and enjoy as our Chef creates a watercress bearnaise sauce.
For dessert develop and sample a luxurious soft centred chocolate pudding.
