Our Chefs will demonstrate and advise you as you create a delicious Turkey Ballantine served with pancetta accompanied with pistachio & orange stuffing, traditional accompaniments, cranberry sauce & turkey gravy.

Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink.

Variations are available for vegetarians and a variety of allergies or intolerance’s.

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
