Learn and enjoy  how to make a 3 course Christmas meal to astound your family and friends.

To begin our Chefs will demonstrate and help you construct a delightful starter of warm potato pancake with “Walters” smoked salmon, wilted spinach, beetroot and creme fraiche.

Continue by preparing a mouth watering turkey ballentine with pancetta, pistachio and orange stuffing, traditional accompaniments, cranberry sauce and gravy.

Finally sit back and relax as our Chef will demonstrate for the class how to make the perfect Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and vanilla creme chantilly.

Enjoy 2 complimentary glasses of wine or your choice of soft drink to help with the Festive Spirit.
